Flexible Hours
Our training consists of online elearning modules, face to face training and shadowing and you will always shadow each client at least 3 times before you see them alone.
​
Carers are introduced to policies worker handbook and complete care certificate on induction. All carers will have annual apprasisal and annual mandatory training.
Carers are expected to work towards NVQ level 2. Carers will also be given opportunities for further traning.

Training
As a caregiver, you will support clients with tasks such as bathing, preparing meals, taking medication and giving them companionship. Our goal is to help our clients stay as independent as possible, so they can continue living safely in their own homes.
